Welcome to Call of Duty - Lift Confirmed, Below Parallel’s 2nd 3-lift novice comp of 2022.
Anyone is welcome to enter and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female lifters decided by bodyweight formula. No softsuit required and entry for spectators is free. Previous winners can compete, but cannot win.
