Mothertree presents Earth Speak: Call of the Lotus series

What is Earth Speak?

Each gathering is an invitation to connect with a plant ally through a non-traditional tea ceremony, guided meditation and vibrational sound journey. In this immersive experience you learn how to listen.. attuning to the spirit of the plant.

Through meditation, you travel deeper into its medicine, discovering how it speaks to our intuition, emotions and energy body.

SESSION 1: RED LOTUS FLOWER

The Red Lotus marks the beginning of our Call of the Lotus journey.

This ceremony is about returning to your foundations.. reconnecting with your body, your breath and the Earth beneath you.

It’s an invitation to slow down, release tension and remember what it feels like to feel safe, steady, and supported.

Through this plant ally, we explore grounding that stretches beyond a concept, but as an embodied experience. This is the first step in strengthening self-trust and intuition. Inner clarity comes from a rooted base.

SESSION 2: SACRED PINK LOTUS FLOWER

The Pink Lotus honours the heart.. our bridge between body and spirit.

In this second ceremony, we will explore emotional connection, self-compassion and the gentle power of opening. This session invites you to soften into flow and explore what lies beneath the surface.

You may feel an opportunity to reconnect with your feminine energy, awaken compassion and deepen your sense of self-love and emotional balance. This plant ally is also a symbol of fertility and creation which may be explored in how we bring ideas, dreams and relationships to life through the heart.

SESSION 3: BLUE WATER LILY (BLUE LOTUS)

The Blue Lotus represents awakening and expanded awareness.

In this final ceremony of the Call of the Lotus series, we move from body and heart into spirit.. opening to intuition, insight, and higher guidance.

Blue Lotus has been used since ancient times as a plant ally for meditation, lucid dreaming and connecting with the divine. Its energy is clear, visionary, and deeply calming to the nervous system.

In this session you will explore trusting your inner voice and learning how to listen to the subtler messages that arise when the mind is still and the body is grounded.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS:

Mia Frédérique

Mia is a traditional folk herbalist and ceremonial space holder, guiding meditation and healing practices for over seven years. As the founder of The Medicine Room and more recently Mothertree, she weaves together earth-based healing with the subtle realms of energy and spirit.

Her initiation into motherhood in 2024 has further deepened her craft, bringing forward a richer layer of cyclical wellness, feminine reclamation and embodied living. Through her work, Mia holds space for others to reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, the rhythms of nature, and the medicine of ritual.

Athena Flores

Athena is a Filipina multi-passionate creative and wellness practitioner, Since 2021 has been crafting intentional, ritual-focused soy candles, kits, and wellness tools designed to support presence, self-expression, and cultivate mindfulness.

Rooted in her heritage and the cycles of nature, Athena guides soundscapes, ceremony, and creative practices bringing intention, creativity and soulful living into every space she holds.
