Call of the Sea Tall Ship Celebration

Join us for a fun filled day supporting a good cause!  Call of the Sea is celebrating 40 years of on-the-water educational programs.  This is a fundraiser for scholarships which provide life changing on the water experiences to under served youth. In addition to the many free activities, you will have a chance to support Call of the Sea with purchases of logo shirts and hats, food and beverages, sailing tickets and donations towards field trips for under-served schools.

Activities:

• 11 am-1 pm:  Tour the ship
• 11 am- 1 pm:  Tie knots, make rope and learn about the art of sailing
• 11 am- 2 pm Learn about the science of sailing, waves and much more
• 12 pm- 2 pm:  Enjoy paella, ice cream and beverages available for purchase
  
• 12 pm- 2 pm Hear old time tunes by the Waterfront Pickers
• 2 pm- 5 pm Join a sail on Matthew Turner, advance ticket purchase required

Covid Protocol: Masks are recommended for all interior spaces on the ships.
