Calligraphy for Beginners with Peter Seekings
The art of lettering with a broad-tipped pen.
Sunday 16th May
10AM - 4PM
$105 / $78
Ticket includes a $30 calligraphy pen to take home.
During this full-day session, Peter will begin by explaining how to write Pointed Gothic text by hand, allowing plenty of time to practice the skill, and then guide you through the process of creating a booklet with your own design on the front cover.
Everything is supplied. No experience necessary.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Peter Seekings has a wealth of knowledge in the area of sign writing and calligraphy; his career started in 1995 in Sydney and also included showcard and ticket writing on a semi-professional basis.
More recently Peter has run Calligraphy classes during 2016 and 2017 in the UK and several time for Kickstart Arts.
