The principles of Calligraphy Qigong are based on the traditional healing movement systems such as Qigong, Tai Chi, and yoga.

It can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

Calligraphy Qigong was developed by Master Zen Hua Yang and has helped me overcome 15 years of chronic pain after undergoing many surgeries in the treatment of cancer.
