Calling touches – women only!

Here's a chance to learn some touches and practise calling them surrounded by a supportive team. Our aim will be to get you comfortable to attempt to call a quarter peal, finding out how to read conducting notation and understand calling positions.

The group will be given a range of good touches to have in your repertoire, short practice-night touches, and touches called from lighter bells.

There is a strong gender bias towards men in calling, so let's try to buck that trend!

Your tutor will be Lesley Boyle.

There will be a pub lunch arranged.
