Event description

This Wellfest workshop is especially designed for professionals, managers and leaders, to reflect on your workload, responsibilities, lifestyle and wind down from the week.

You will be guided through a reflection where you will  explore ways to get through the week, what nourishes you and how best to maintain your wellbeing. Filled with timely reminders for boosting wellbeing, health and self-care, this is the perfect workshop for those who feel that they need more balance and would like to experience this unique way of taking action.

This interactive workshop will engage you with your experiences and bring invaluable insights into maintaining your life and career. During this 'hands on' session you will identify strategies for prevention of overwhelm, stress and burnout.

This is a session with a difference. Facilitated through symbolism and metaphor, using creativity to check in, gain insights and engage with self care practices in a fascinating, self-reflective way. You will come away with your own wellbeing strategies that assist with navigating expectations, workload and responsibilities both now and in the future.
