Course Details
Our courses run for 8 weeks:
Thursday Evening Course: 7 August - 25 September 2025, 6:00pm-8:00pm

Guided practice
An opportunity for Q&A
Through meditation, you’ll learn techniques to cultivate presence, stillness, and calm. These practices help you connect with your innate qualities of care, compassion, strength, acceptance, and wisdom - enhancing your confidence and resilience to embrace life’s challenges with greater ease.
Meet Your Instructors:
Thursday Night Course: Ben Adcock, a long-time student of Tibetan Buddhist Master Lama Choedak Rinpoche. With over 25 years of experience in Buddhist philosophy and meditation, Ben has been teaching Calm Abiding Meditation for 20 years at the Manjushri Buddhist Centre, as well as in workplaces, clinical settings, schools, and other educational institutions.
