Calm Abiding Meditation Course
Event description
Calm Abiding Meditation Course in Umina starts on Sunday March 2nd
Calm Abiding meditation serves as the foundation for all other practices within Tibetan Buddhism. The practice can bring us increased focus, peace of mind and so much more.
Meditation has a proven record in its ability to improve health, awaken happiness and give a clear perspective on life. It enables you to identify the real causes of unhappiness and recover from stress, anxiety and tension. It is a very important skill to develop in these difficult times.
The course is suitable for those wishing to learn, deepen or renew their understanding of the Buddhist Teachings on Meditation practice. Those experienced in meditation are welcome to book in for single classes (see dates below).
This course will be led by Dr Lan- Hoa Le, who has years of experience teaching the course.
All are Welcome. Cushions or chairs available.
It is recommended to attend all eight sessions as it will provide you with a complete introduction to help you establish a daily meditation practice. However, you are welcome to book in for single sessions as well
