Take an hour out of your week to slow down, unwind and reconnect.

Calm & Connect is a welcoming guided meditation session with gentle sound, held in the peaceful surroundings of The Lotus Room in Brighton.

Each session offers space to step away from the busyness of everyday life, settle your mind and body, and simply pause for a while.

No previous meditation experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
