Please Prepare:

A good pair of headphones ideally with long wires if you want to lay down or a pair of stable bluetooth headphones
A laptop, tablet or phone with the Zoom application pre-downloaded and a stable internet connection
A pen/paper for journaling
A candle you can light
A meditation cushion, yoga mat they can sit or lie down
A quiet space where you can concentrate from 1 - 3 pm.
Minimise other distractions (doorbell / email / phone notifications) so that you can be as present in the process as possible
