Before we begin the sound bath, we’ll enjoy a refreshing beverage enhanced with CBD. You’ll have the option to enjoy your CBD with SOMA’s award-winning Kombucha or with water if you prefer. After setting our intentions, we’ll embark on a sound bath journey to invite deep relaxation into our bodies and minds.

CBD is a non-psychoactive compound naturally produced in the nervous system, working with our endocannabinoid receptors to promote mind and body wellness in various ways. Many people experience a sense of relaxation, improved mood, or reduced anxiety when they take CBD. SOMA’s fermented and water-soluble hemp extract tincture is made with hemp, organically grown in a remote location far from conventional agriculture. This is not an oil thus enhanced for water-solubility. Oil and water don’t mix, and you are mostly water, not oil.

What should you bring?

To enhance your experience, it’s recommended you bring anything that will make you comfortable while lying on the ground. An eye mask, blanket, and pillows are recommended. A journal for documenting any insights or crystals to program with good vibes are also great additions.

What is a sound bath?

Sound baths help us access the theta brainwave state, gently guiding us into non-ordinary states of consciousness. In this liminal space between wakefulness and dreaming, our parasympathetic nervous system takes over, allowing for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. During our time together, we'll utilize sound, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques, and meditation to foster balance within our nervous systems.
