Calm The Flow Down
Description
A breathwork experience ~ meditation ~ self enquiry ~ connection
Sometimes you just need to calm the flow down.
An evening dedicated to exploring the power of your breath, stepping away from the noise and giving yourself some uninterrupted time to reconnect.
We'll begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle in before moving into the heart of the evening: the breathwork.
Through a combination of gentle breathing techniques, conscious connected breathing, breath holds and elements of hypoxic training, we'll explore different rhythms and intensities of breath. These techniques can create shifts in awareness, physical sensations and, for some, altered or elevated states of consciousness.
It's an opportunity to explore what your breath can do, with guidance throughout and the freedom to work at your own pace.
From there, we'll gradually ease back into stillness, allowing plenty of time to rest, integrate and reflect. There'll also be an opportunity for self enquiry and journalling, if that's something you feel drawn to.
And because the experience doesn't have to end when the breathing stops, we'll finish with a cup of herbal tea and some time to connect.
No expectations. No pressure to share. Just space to breathe, explore and be.
