Welcome to the Calmer Collective Meditation Course . Im so glad you found this course and that you are willing to embark on such a beneficial journey that will be truly transformational. In this course you will learn traditional Hatha techniques for meditation and explore different ways to still the mind so that you can feel more calm and centred. The difference between this Meditation course and others is that it can be tailored to suit your needs. I would personalise the course to suit you so you are given the right breathwork and meditation tools to drop deep into your practice.The course will run for 6 weeks and every week we meet up for an hour , this way I can track how you are going and you will have an instant accountability partner that encourages you along the way.
After studying many meditation traditions over the years and having over 10 years experience as a yoga teacher I truly believe that it is very important to create a meditation course that best suits your needs. I also know how important it is to have the support you need to keep going and that's why it is so important to run it over the six week period where I can check in with you and support you.
I have worked with many people who suffer from insomnia , anxiety and high stress levels and this course has been a saviour for them.They have learnt that meditation can be a very powerful tool to overcome these challenges and meditation just becomes a part of the everyday life and hence life becomes much easier and more fulfilling.
