Calmer Community is a monthly space to pause, move and reconnect, with yourself and with others.

Each class blends the grounding practices of Tantric Hatha with the fluidity of Vinyasa, weaving together mindful movement, breathwork and moments of stillness. The practice is designed to help you step away from the pace of everyday life and return to your body, breath and presence.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you're warmly welcome. There is no expectation to perform or perfect, simply an invitation to explore, breathe and move in a way that feels good for you.

This is a free community class, created to make yoga accessible and bring people together. Donations are warmly welcomed and help us cover the cost of the space, but there is absolutely no obligation to contribute.
