Coming this school holidays - CALMER KIDS — playful breathwork for kids & teens

What if “calm” wasn’t the goal? What if we gave kids tools to understand what their bodies need instead? 🌈

No sitting still perfectly still.

No expectation to “calm down”.

No need to get it right.

Just breathing, movement, play, hands-on activities and simple tools to help kids connect with their bodies and discover what helps them feel more regulated. 🤍

Through playful, age-appropriate activities, we’ll explore things like:

🧠 our thinking brain and feeling brain

🌋 what happens in our brain and body when feelings get BIG

💭 noticing some of the signals our body gives us

🌬️ different ways we can use our breath

🌱 what we can do when things start to feel overwhelming

🤍 discovering that different things work for different bodies

We’ll use plenty of visual and concrete resources to make these ideas easier to understand, with simple tools and activities to take home and keep exploring afterwards.

🌈 Primary School — Group 1 | 11:30am
🌈 Primary School — Group 2 | 1:00pm
✨ Secondary School | 2:30pm

🌿 Groups will be intentionally kept small, allowing plenty of space for individual support, participation and different ways of engaging.

Each session will go ahead with a minimum of 4 participants.
