FAQ

Q: Event start and finish time​
A: Doors open and drink package commences from 11:30am.​ 
While we love an early start, we will not be able to offer access to the space prior to this time.​ The event will end at 2:30pm which is when your beverage package will finish.​

Q: Will there be seating?​
A: Yes, the space has seating however, the style of the event is cocktail.

Q: Ticket change of attendee name​
A: Should you need to change the attendee name of your ticket you must advise us via email to: events@camilla.com.au prior to the event date.​ 

Q: Can I bring my child?​
A:  All guests including children must have a ticket in order to attend as we have limited space within the venue. ​

Q: Will you cater for dietary requirements?​
A: Yes, please ensure to communicate any dietary requirements when purchasing your tickets at checkout to ensure this is accommodated in the canapé selection.

Q: Is there parking onsite & in the surrounds?​
A: Ovolo offer self-parking with Wilson Parking – Nishi at $40 for 24 hours, multiple entry. Parking passes are issued at check in from reception. Our friendly concierge team at the hotel will be able to direct you upon arrival. This is a public car park, that we do not own and is subject to availability.
