FAQ

Q: Event start and finish time
A: Doors open and welcome cocktails will be served from 11:30am.
While we love an early start, we will not be able to offer access to the space prior to this time. The event will finish at 3pm which is when your beverage package will finish.

Q: Can I purchase a full table?
A: Our table sizes range from 20 - 24 guests and are pre-set in the seating plan. We recommend booking tickets in one transaction to sit together so you can select your seats on the map at checkout! If a full table is available you are most welcome to reserve this.

Q: Ticket change of attendee name
A: As we will be operating a strict seating plan, should you need to change the attendee name of your ticket you must advise us via email to: events@camilla.com.au prior to Friday 2nd May, 2025. We will be unable to update names on our seating chart after this date.

Q: Can I change my seat after purchasing and selecting a seat?
A: Where possible we will do our best to accommodate requests, however, given the nature of the event this may not always be possible and we encourage you to ensure you are happy with your chosen seat prior to purchasing your ticket.

Q: Can I sit with my friends?
A: We recommend booking tickets in one transaction to sit together so you can select seats on the map at checkout! Otherwise you will have the ability to select your seat on the map at checkout based on what is available.

Q: Can I bring my child?
A: All guests including children must have a ticket in order to attend as we have allocated seating space within the venue.

Q: Will you cater for dietary requirements?
A: Lunch will be served via alternative drop, and we cannot take specific meal requests. Please ensure to communicate any dietary requirements when purchasing your tickets at checkout to ensure this is accommodated.

Q: Is there parking onsite & in the surrounds?
