FAQ

Q: What time does the event begin and conclude? ​
A: Guests are invited to arrive from 12pm, when doors will officially open. Note, access to the venue prior to this time will not be available. The event will conclude at 3:00pm, coinciding with the end of the beverage service.

Q: Which function space will the event be held in?
A: The lunch will be served in N’Galawa Terrace, and the shopping experience will be via Gili Rooftop.

Q: Can I reserve a full table?​
A: Tables accommodate up to 10 guests and are thoughtfully arranged in advance within the seating plan. To ensure your group is seated together, we recommend securing tickets within a single transaction, allowing you to select your preferred seats at checkout. Should a full table be available, you are most welcome to reserve it.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket to another guest?​
A: As this is a fully seated event, any changes to attendee names must be submitted via email to events@camilla.com.au prior to Friday, 15 May 2026.
Please note, amendments cannot be made after this date due to finalised seating arrangements.

Q: Am I able to change my seat after purchasing?​
A: We will always strive to accommodate seating requests where possible however, due to the nature of the event, changes cannot be guaranteed. We kindly encourage you to ensure you are satisfied with your selected seat at the time of booking.

Q: Can I be seated with friends?​
A:  To guarantee seating together, we recommend booking tickets in a single transaction, where you may select seats via the interactive map at checkout. Alternatively, individual bookings can select from remaining available seats.

Q: Are children permitted to attend?​
A:  All guests, including children, must hold a valid ticket to attend, as seating is allocated and capacity is strictly managed.

Q: Will dietary requirements be accommodated?​
A: Lunch will be served via an alternate drop menu. While specific meal requests cannot be accommodated, we kindly ask that any dietary requirements are noted at the time of ticket purchase to ensure appropriate arrangements are made.

Q: Is there onsite parking? How do I get there?​
A: Please find the following options, whether you're arriving by car, drop off or ferry:

Car Parking

Parking is available at Taronga Zoo Sydney, entry to the muti-storey car park is from Bradleys Head Road. Guests entering prior to 4pm, parking is free if entering and exiting within 90-minutes. There is no 90-minute free parking after 4.00pm. Car park maximum height 2.1m.

Ferry

Taronga Zoo Sydney is 12 minutes from Circular Quay by ferry. Sydney Ferries services depart Circular Quay every 30 minutes Captain Cook Cruises operate the Zoo Express and all day hop on, hop off services departing daily from Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. Guests will need to catch the 238 bus from the bottom of the wharf upon arrival to get to the event centre.
