Join our special Dance and Wellbeing Retreats held in the peaceful surrounds of Leschenault and led by Rebecca Dyson Tichbon. Each retreat consists of:

10:00 am to 10:30 am - morning tea and an opening circle
10:30 am to midday - Tribal Belly Dance workshop
12:00 to 1:00 pm - Lunch and connection time
1:00-2:30 pm - Wellbeing and relaxation workshop, closing circle

It is ideal for women who enjoy dance and music, relaxation, self-development and connecting with like-minded ladies. All participation is optional. The Belly Dance session is suitable for beginners and more advanced dancers. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and whatever you feel comfortable to dance and relax in.

A Day Pass includes morning tea, nutritious vegetarian lunch (with other special food needs able to be catered for) and the two workshops at an investment of $105.

Individual workshops may also be booked and include tea/coffee station at a fee of $45, or you can book for either workshop and lunch for $75.
