This is an outdoor bootcamp built specifically for women 35+. A small, welcoming group that meets 3x mornings a week in the fresh air at Bill Hewitt Reserve, Camp Hill. Circuit-style, strength and Pilates workouts that are fun, low impact and never longer than 30 minutes.

Every session is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're a complete beginner, coming back after a long break, navigating perimenopause or just finally ready to show up for yourself - there are progressions and regressions included in every workout, so nobody gets left behind and nobody gets bored.

But honestly? The workout is only part of it. The part that keeps women coming back is the community. The chat before we start. The laughing through the hard bits. The women who show up on the mornings they almost didn't (and are always glad they did!). If you've spent years showing up for everyone else, this is the place you show up for you.
