Dear Parents and Camp Rock Fans,

We’re thrilled to welcome you to our Camp Rock 3 Workshop at APAC.

Location:
The Australian Performing Arts College
5/40 Carrington Road, Castle Hill
(Just a short walk from the Hills Showground Metro.)

Workshop Times:
Wednesday 30th September: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (extended care available 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Thursday 1st October: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (extended care available 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Registration is open from 8:30 am each morning.

Performance:
At 4:00 PM on Thursday, you’re invited to join us for a special showcase celebrating everything your children have created inspired by Camp Rock.
We recommend arriving at 3:45 PM to settle in before the performance begins.

On Arrival:
Please sign your child in at the Studio 3 Registration Hub upon arrival. Her you will receive a coloured lanyard that matches your child's age group, and our team: Christy, Emily, Arijana, Gabrielle, Tahlia and Kim will be ready to greet you and guide your child to their “home” studio.
We’ve noted all friendship and sibling requests. If your child wishes to move groups on the day, just let us know, we’re always happy to help.

A parent or guardian must sign out each student before departure to ensure everyone heads home safely.

What to Bring:

Morning tea, lunch and snacks for the day (you can order our BBQ Sausage Sizzle and Pizza for lunch if preferred).
Comfortable clothing suitable for dancing and movement
Optional: Dress as your favourite character
Jazz shoes if you have them, otherwise socks/runners are fine
Plenty of water to stay hydrated through all the excitement
Snacks, treats and drinks will be available for sale.
