CAMP TRINITY SCHOOL HOLDAY PROGRAM

MONDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER – FRIDAY 15TH SEPTEMER 2023

Camp Trinity is Trinity Grammar Junior School’s Holiday Program and is open to all boys who attend Trinity Grammar School in Years Prep – 6. The program is organised and run by the Junior School Staff. The program is designed so all boys will have a fun and safe time while enjoying a variety of activities.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

PROGRAM HOURS: 8:50AM – 5:00PM

Boys must be collected by 5.00pm

BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE BY MONDAY 4 SEPTEMBER 2023 

FOOD: Lunch is catered for the boys on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Please ensure you select the lunch(s) you would like your son to have when completing your online booking. Movie candy bar food can also be pre ordered when booking at an additional cost. Please also ensure your son brings enough food for a morning and afternoon snack and lunch if it is not provided. Please indicate any specific dietary requirements when booking.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:  Parents are asked to clearly label every item of their son’s clothing and belongings.  Parents should ensure that boys have the correct clothing for the day’s activities. There will be an area in the P & F Hall allocated to Lost Property

BEHAVIOURAL MANAGEMENT: It is expected that all boys behave appropriately and according to Junior School rules.  We reserve the right to exclude boys from the PROGRAM due to inappropriate behaviour.

SIGNING IN AND OUT PROCEDURES:  It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that their son is signed into the PROGRAM at the P & F Hall.  Please do not drop your son off and assume that he will make his own way there.  When collecting your son at the end of the day, please sign him out with a signature and let a member of staff know that you are taking your son home.  If you allow your son to walk or ride to and/or from school please indicate during this booking process.

INDIVIDUAL DAY PRICES & INFORMATION:

MONDAY: $135 - Arrival 8.50am, Buses depart 9.15am, 2 hours at Timezone, Lunch at Groovetrain, 2 hours at Inflatable World, buses arrive back at 4.30pm

TUESDAY: $135 - Arrival 8.50am, Buses depart 9.15am, 2 hours at Bounce, Lunch at La Porchetta Pizza, Movie: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem (Rated PG), buses arrive back at 4.30pm

WEDNESDAY: $125 - Arrival 8.50am, Buses depart 9.15am, Indoor stadium sports morning at MSAC, BYO LUNCH, Wave pool and slides and indoor sports at MSAC, DON'T FORGET YOUR BATHERS!, buses arrive back at 4.00pm

THURSDAY: $135 - Arrival 8.50am, Buses depart 9.15am, 2 hours at Flip Out, BBQ Lunch at Trinity, Movie: Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken (Rated PG), buses arrive back at 4.30pm

FRIDAY: $125 - Arrival 8.50am, Buses depart 9.15am, 2 hours at Strike Bowling, BYO LUNCH, 2 hours at Funtopia, buses arrive back at 5.00pm
