Get ready for an unforgettable week this summer as rising 6th-12th graders immerse themselves in Shakespeare’s The Tempest! At Camp Will, campers will explore the magic, mystery, and drama of this iconic play, culminating in a performance of The Tempest, Jr., a fun, abridged version perfect for younger actors. This one-week camp takes place at West Art Community Center (800 Buchanan Ave, at the corner of College Ave), Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. About the Camp Will Instructor:

Kristin Wolanin has appeared in Lancaster Shakespeare Theatre's productions of Fool-ish, The Winter's Tale, Julia Caesar, Much Ado About Nothing, and Witch. She has performed at numerous other regional theatres as well as in voiceovers, commercials and industrial films. A graduate of DeSales University with a BA in Theatre and a minor in History, she earned her MFA in acting from Southern Methodist University. There, she received the prestigious Bob Hope Award for acting. In addition to her professional stage career, she is an experienced educator, currently teaching at CASA. She also taught for a decade in Orlando, Florida before moving to Lancaster and teaching at Lancaster Country Day School and J.P. McCaskey High School. She has directed McCaskey's spring musical for the last four years.
