This unique After School Programme will provide 8-12 year old Wondergirls with the tools, support and community they need to flourish into empowered Wonder Women.

A new theme each session to inspire girls to be who they want to be, follow their passions and make empowered decisions. We believe that girls are happiest when they are the one choosing what they want instead of societies rules, peers pressure or the medias influence.

3:15 - Welcome - snacks, glitter & optional hugs

3:30 - Group Connection - fun introduction, chants & emotional check-ins

3:45 - Yoga, Meditation & Movement

4:15 - Explore Theme - discussion, game or activity

4:45 - Express Theme - art project, creation or expression

5:20 - Closing - recap, gratitude, & share learnings

We recommend attending the whole programme but if that doesn’t work for your schedule, drop in classes are welcome. Healthy snacks will be provided.

Comfortable clothes for yoga that you feel your absolute best in! Definitely wear your Camp Wondergirl shirt - they will be available for sale if you don’t have yours yet.
