Campbell Town - Mobile Antarctic Classroom - Antarctic Festival Tour

The Mobile Antarctic Classroom is touring Tasmania before the Australian Antarctic Festival (22-25 August), presented by the Mawson’s Huts Foundation
Whether you’re in kindergarten or retired, we’ve got something for you!
Play with magnets, pretend penguin eggs, and polarising filters; look at replica and genuine Antarctic artefacts; take a photo in our snow tent; chat to our staff about your Antarctic history and science questions.
We will be at the Campbell Town Hall from 3-4 pm, and there are two sessions to choose from: 3:00pm to 3:30pm and 3:30 to 4:00pm. We encourage you to book a ticket, to help us manage the number of people attending, but you can come and go within your thirty minute time-slot.

Parking is available on the street. There is ramp access to the door. An accessible toilet is in the building.
