Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention. Help us get the country talking and join your local 1 Dayer on 20th March 2022.
8 Australians take their lives every single day, that's one Aussie every 3 hours losing their life to the black dog.

COVID 19 Arrangements
Please note that all participants will need to comply with state based COVID related instructions (hand sanitisation, social distancing, etc.)
If this 1 Dayer has to be cancelled due to COVID or related restrictions, all participants will receive a full refund.

11:00am Riders safety briefing and instructions
11:30am Stands Up. Ride Departs Campbell Town, onto Lake Leake HighwayÂ
12:30pm-1:00pm Bicheno recreation Ground, Burgess Street Bicheno
Egg & Bacon Rolls, Hot Coffees etc. at Campbell Town.Â
Sausage sizzle, BBQ and coffee van at Bicheno.
