Event description

This summer holidays, we are inviting kids to the Goolugatup campfire to join TILT artist Jeseee Lee Johns to learn the art of the campside jaffle. Jessee will give participants a tour of his TILT commission Dwelling before gathering everyone in the practice of making and sharing food around a fire. All ingredients and materials are provided. Dietary restrictions will be catered for.

Please note that this workshop is for people aged 8 - 12 years old.

About Jessee Lee Johns:
Jessee Lee Johns is a Perth-born artist whose practice traverses architecture, satire, and social commentary. Known for projects that range from establishing a self-declared micro-nation to running a tongue-in-cheek brickworks business, Johns interrogates the systems—both physical and symbolic—that shape how we live.
