Local LGBTIQ Group & Personal trainer Thomas Ellis is welcoming everyone to Umina Beach during Lifes a Beach day for Pride Now in Fitness.

A free class in functional moment strength training where your body is the main weight.

We will be working though a series of moments designed to get that heart rate up and looking spic and span!.

The class can be done bare footed, sneakers or as it’ll be on the beach oeven with sox on haha!. Class is free but you must be registered
