Can/Should/ Do Children Play Where They Live? - Neighbourhood Play Forum - Yarrabilba / Logan Village
Event description
Are you concerned that children don’t get enough time to play, and just be kids?
Would you like your children to play actively, and socially, with friends, after school, on weekends, during school holidays?
GREAT NEWS - We are establishing a local Community Backyard Adventure Playground in your neighbourhood. WE NEED YOUR INPUT.
This is a proven super fun approach that children love. It is FREE to access, open when children need it and guarantees children active, social, adventurous, fun play time every week.

- Hear from leading Child Voice and Play Advocate, Hyahno Moser from Australian Institute of Play on the importance of children play for children, especially where they live.
- Discuss the ‘state of play’ for children’s play in Yarrabilba/Logan Village area
- Unpack the details of the Community-Backyard building process and opening timeline
