Learn what acupressure is, where it’s from and how it’s helped people for centuries. This is a workshops for you to get a taste of what practitioners do, learn to use a special sequence of acupressure points to give relief to certain conditions.

In our seasonally inspired workshop program, you will learn techniques for self care and how to manage our own wellbeing: aching bones, lady issues, sleep, headache and sinus troubles along with a whole lot of seemingly unrelated issues.

Jo Fay Duncan is trained in an array of healing modalities, that work to bring about emotional wellbeing and spiritual healing for her clients and a good nights sleep.
