YOGA ON THE BEACH

This fun yoga class is for everyone! Gently build your strength, mobility and focus while enjoying the stunning location at Shelly Beach, Manly.

You'll enjoy a wide range of do-able yoga poses, breathing techniques and a short meditation. Never done yoga? No worries! There will be options for everyone in this all-ages, all-abilities class. It's the Sunday morning bliss you've been looking for!

Your teacher is - me! I'm a senior yoga teacher and yoga therapist with over 30 years experience. I'm also a keen Can Too-er, having completed two ocean swim programs and now fundraising for my half marathon attempt on 21 May 2023. By joining this special yoga class, you're helping me hit my fundraising goal, with every cent going to cancer research.

Like many people, cancer has impacted my life, and the lives of people I love. I'm committed to making cancer history. Please help me raise vital funds to support cancer research and enjoy a fabulous start to your Sunday with Yoga At The Beach.
