From there, you’ll be guided through a Breathwork Journey, harnessing the energy of the New Moon, a potent time for setting intentions, manifesting your dreams, and releasing what no longer serves you.
We’ll close the evening with journaling and heartfelt connection, leaving you feeling aligned, clear, and deeply nourished.

What to bring:
