cancer new moon yoga flow

The night will involve some words about the new moon in Cancer. Then I will guide us through a slow flow focussing on our heart space (anahata) and connecting us to the energies of the astrology. The yoga will be followed by some sound healing with crystal sound bowls, oracle cards and some more personal astrology.

* The address is on High Street in Thornbury but the entrance is on Flinders Street, a side street just off of High Street. There is parking on Flinders street and the surrounding streets

* Send through your birth details (D.O.B, location and accurate time) to me after purchasing a ticket, if you feel comfortable with that/haven't already - it just helps me peronalise the astrology

* Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable - mats, bolsters, & blocks are all provided
