Candidate Information Session - Selwyn District Council Offices (Rolleston)

The Selwyn District Council will be holding a candidate information session at the Selwyn District Council offices in Rolleston for prospective candidates in this year’s local body elections. 

If you’ve ever thought about taking a stand and running for Council in the 2025 Local Body Elections, this session is for you! 

This candidate information session is an opportunity for anyone who’s interested in standing in the 2025 elections to learn more about what is involved in being an elected member. The session will cover the nomination and election processes, and the roles of council and elected members. 

The session will be led by Sharon Mason, Chief Executive. 

Anyone who wants to make a difference in the local community is encouraged to attend.
