Candlelight Barre3 Class for Teens
Event description
The Confidence Coaches and Barre3 Bethesda have partnered to offer an exclusive teen (14 & up) only Barre3 class. We welcome teens from all experience levels to join us for a candlelit class where we will move our bodies and find inner balance. The class is $10 and all proceeds will benefit the Devon C. Rubenstein Foundation to support children's mental health.
The class will be 60 minutes. We will move our bodies for the first 45 minutes and will have a short 10-15 minute debrief at the end.
Light refreshments will be provided. And, stick around for some great giveaways for free Barre3 Bethesda classes and Gloss Lab gift cards!

A Little About Barre3
Barre3 is a full-body workout combining strength training, cardio and mindfulness. Our signature approach gives a rewarding endorphin high and a deep muscle burn—without pain in areas of the body prone to injury. Every posture is fully adaptable so you leave feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
What To Expect: No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Modifications will be offered throughout class, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing in your body.
What To Wear: Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.
What To Bring: Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. Mats and any necessary props will be provided.
When to Arrive: We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get settled into the space, and ask any questions you may have.

The Confidence Coaches is a collaboration between Kate Alcamo, LCMFT with Family Therapy Center of Bethesda (FTCB) and Allison Cohn, LCSW-C with Cohn Counseling. The Confidence Coaches seeks to provide unique group therapy experiences that foster growth and empowerment for people of all ages, genders, and abilities through participation in structured, out-of-office activities.
