DESTIHL® is an independent craft brewery and restaurant company located in Normal, Illinois. in November 2007, DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works opened at the Shoppes at College Hills. The classic American-inspired pub fare focuses on bold flavors that pair well with a wide array of innovative craft beverages.

Following much success with the beer at DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works and then winning several major beer awards to garner national attention and demand for its beers, DESTIHL directed its attention toward growing its brewery operations. In May of 2013, DESTIHL Brewery opened in Bloomington, IL. By the end of 2015, there was more demand for DESTIHL beer than could be produced at their original production facility. So, in June 2016, construction began on DESTIHL Brewery's massive 47,000 sq. ft., $15 million-dollar brewery complex in Normal, IL, on about 6 acres of land. The new production brewery and Beer Hall opened to the public in May 2017. The Beer Hall features 30 taps, an exclusive menu of bold-flavored, American-inspired pub fare that pairs well with Beer Hall-exclusive beers, pilot draft releases, craft hard seltzers, hard ciders & house-made wines. In addition, the Barrel Room is the perfect event space for private events of all kinds.
