Candlelight YIN Yoga

This unique candlelight Yin Yoga & Sound meditation session as a peaceful, restorative way to wind down, stretch, relax, rejuvenate and focus on inner sensations surrounded by the delightful glow of candlelight.

Illuminate your mind, body and spirit with this special experience, which is designed to treat yourself and promote inner peace through a unique combination of gentle movements, mindful breathing, yoga nidra and the soft glow of candlelight, accompanied with beautiful and comforting music. Lydia creates a meditative soundscape with soothing instruments. Sound meditation is a focused awareness type of meditation that uses sound to help calm one’s body, mind and promote a sense of overall well-being. It uses sound to help people relax, meditate, to promote self-inquiry and self-discovery.

Come and tune into your body and enjoy yourself by bathing in candlelight and the beautiful vibration of relaxing sounds.

Pumpkin Soup with Sourdough, Herbal teas and cakes are offered to finish the experience smoothly.
