Candlelight Yin Yoga
Event description
“Baby it’s cold outside,” but inside experience the warm, cosy, and magic of the flickering candlelight and heat of the infrared heat panels. Even the floor is warm!
Move gently and slowly in the soothing candlelight. Gain clarity and find that peace of mind we all crave!
Mindfulness can do wonders to improve your mood especially in winter when there is less light and sun. Candlelight Yin Yoga focuses primarily on meditative breaths and long passive stretches.
We have two amazing evenings scheduled in Paynesville.
BYO blanket, mat & pillow and eye pillow (optional)
We have a limited supply of mats and bolsters available.
