JASPER has released her debut single Candy and has decided this calls for a party. She's right. Join her at Cafe Gummo on Friday 26th June for a night of electro-pop bangers, punk/rock chaos, and a d-floor that delivers, all to celebrate one very catchy song about a boy who absolutely does not deserve it. But YOU deserve it.
Supporting on the night is a lineup of local legends: Trap Card (Naarm punk/rock 4-piece, bring your elbows and earplugs), Vigilantonie (alt-pop hooks you won't shake for days), and Candi (closing out the night on the decks spinning bangers that will have you cutting shapes).

JASPER
JASPER is (soon-to-be) Australia's favourite DIY electro-pop Priestess. But the genre 'electro-pop' doesn't quite cut it, she prefers 'spooky bimbo™'. JASPER sounds like Kylie Minogue and BRAT summer had a love child. She tastes like yearning and revenge. She smells like... (ew grow up, I can't believe you thought that!)... roses.
Trap Card
You know you’re in trouble when a singer takes the stage in a chain mail hood. Trap Card deals in serrated surf hack and furious riffage aptly reflecting their namesake Yu-Gi-Oh! card in standing for “interruption” and “destroying monsters” with its “powerful, reactive effects” - it’s a decent clue as to the fierce energy Trap Card hold in their deck.
Vigilantonie
Blending big feelings with big beats, Vigilantonie alchemises her hard life lessons into alternative pop so dank, she can get the heaviest hearts high.
Candi (DJ)
Candi’s selections strike the balance between the familiar and the underground. Bringing the vibe to venues like Revolver Upstairs, Killing Time, Circus, Dr Morse & Joey Smalls. Her energetic bootlegs, unique remixes and percussive Afro, Latin & jazz influences are stacked with groove to get you up and dancing.

- Venue Accessibility
All our Bathrooms are gender neutral.
Our venue is partially accessible for special needs patrons, we have a wheelchair ramp which can be brought out for the single step up into the venue. At ticket checkout there is a yes/no option if you require the wheelchair ramp, and it will be made ready for your arrival. However, whilst prior notification is appreciated, it isn't necessary.
There is a wheelchair accessible bathroom at the rear of the beer-garden, with a handrail installed.
The bar area itself can get quite congested when busy and a few shallow steps exist throughout the venue
Strobe lighting is not used at our shows unless otherwise noted on the door and on promotional materials, however lighting effects with rapid changes may occur.
