Canefields Distillery Farm Tour and Guided Tasting

Queensland's First Single Estate Sugarcane Distillery - Canefields is a family owned and operated craft distillery based on a family sugar cane farm on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. This 4th generation cane farming family’s motto is 'Farm First, Distillery Second'.

This tailored Curated Plate farm tour shows you behind the scenes of our farming, crushing and distilling processes and a guided tasting by Kylie Farrelly - Head Distiller at Canefields. Tastings will include 3x seperate spirits including a gin and a sugarcane spirit. Tastings will be paired with locally sourced nibblies where complimentary to the spirit. There may be a one-off 'only on the day' opportunity for a sneak-taste of the rum that will be on market in 2026. 

Canefields focuses on quality single origin sugarcane spirit and rum with a whole-of-lifecycle approach by growing, harvesting, crushing, fermenting, distilling, bottling and selling all from the same farm shed, we look forward to hosting you.
