A celebration of all that the inner west music scene has to offer with weekly rotating artists. Canned heat is always local, live, loud & free.
This weeks acts: Ariel is a brand new Sydney-based post-punk band.The band combines dream pop and psych-funk textures composed of guitarist and singer Sage Dwyer, bassist Jack Morgan and drummer Jack Duffy. Ariel’s sound is noted for using contemporary influences and New Wave melodic transiences.
