A celebration of all that the inner west music scene has to offer with weekly rotating artists. Canned heat is always local, live, loud & free.
This weeks acts:
Bridge Dog is a band increasingly in pursuit of something different. Burying jangle nostalgia beneath a shoegaze-y haze, they are developing a sound which is simultaneously dreamy and energetic, gentle and harsh. Their upcoming single, 'Counterweight', reflects this, retaining their melodic sensibilities but under more layers of woozy distortion and fuzz than ever before.
