2:00 Set Up the room and if you are having a table in the Monster Meet up then set up your table

2:30  Kickoff  Unconference with facilitators Jeremy and Douglas

4:00 Wrap up unconference and Public starts to arrive for Lightning talks and Monster Meet up

A gathering for meetup organisers and people that would like to be organisers to discuss how our community can collaborate more, overcome difficulties we have and learn from each other better ways to operate. Facilitated by organisers themselves.  Come as you are with all your good ideas and ready to have a fun time getting to know other organisers

Things to note:

To secure a table for your meet up please select a table with your ticket options and provide your meet up info. Canterbury Tech will provide trestle tables so just come ready to decorate them how you like at 2pm ahead of unconference.

If you would like someone from your meetup community to speak at our Monster Meetup lightning talks then please submit the following details to  techhub@canterburytech.nz by 30th Apr with the subject lIne :Ligtning Talks

• Name of meetup
• Name of speaker and contact details ( email and phone) 
• Speaker BIO - 2 sentences
• Photo of speaker
• Title of talk
• Abstract / Description of the talk - 2 sentences max ( make it punchy!)
