Dear Aged Care Service Provides

Canterbury Bankstown Dementia Alliance invites expression of interest (EOI) from aged care service providers wanting to showcase their dementia specific services, models and strategies, and their impact on their service users’ wellbeing, health and quality of life:

• When: 27 September 2022
  
• Time: 9.30am - 2.30pm
• Bump in: 8.00am - all stall holders
• Bump out: 3.00pm - all stall holders

• Booking Fee: $80 (two staff members maximum)
• Indemnity: Each stallholder need to have a Public liability Insurance to participate in the Expo. Send a copy of your public liability insurance to sandra.loyola-sandoval@cbcity.nsw.gov.au  by 12 August.

Light lunch will be provided to a maximum of two staff per stall.
