Canterbury Health Innovation networking event - Tuesday 18 March
IMPORTANCE OF GOOD GOVERNANCE
Good governance is crucial at every stage of a company's growth, from start-up to large corporation.
Join us to hear from experienced CEO and Director Charlotte Walshe who has spent the last 20 years leading global medtech, fintech, software, and manufacturing businesses.
Charlotte brings a wealth of experience in technology strategy and governance, honed through her successful tenure in executive leadership roles such as CEO roles in Jade Software Corporation and Dynamic Controls. Charlotte is an independent director, and advisor to tech companies that are scaling and exporting. Her governance career has seen roles on the boards of New Zealand Trade & Enterprise and Enable Fibre. Currently she is the chair of the Dodd Walls Centre for Photonic and Quantum Technologies, independent chair of the Information Leadership Advisory Board, a trustee on the Tait Contel Trust, and indulges her enthusiasm for all things NZ tech and export as a NZTE Beachheads Advisor. In 2024 Charlotte was appointed to participate in the Fisher & Paykel’s Future Directors Program.
Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to learn about the importance of good governance and catch up with others from the CHI network.
We look forward to seeing you very soon!
