Canterbury Rose of Tralee Final for 2023
We are delighted to hold this very prestigious contest again. Come and give our contestant your support.
Winner of the Canterbury Festival will fly to Auckland all expenses paid to take part in the NZ Pageant and if successful, will fly all expenses paid to Tralee in Ireland for the International Rose of Tralee Festival.
Enjoy performances of Irish Dancing, and live entertainment by Sionna, an Irish Traditional Music duo consisting of Helen (from Galway on fiddle) Lorcan (from Limerick on bouzouki and guitar).
Irish Chef Mark McCracken will be whipping up delicious platters for us to eat and the bar will be open for you to enjoy a drink or two.
Our 2019 Canterbury Rose winner, Claudia Dickson (nee Buhler), will be there to pass on the award to our 2023 Winner.
The winner of the Canterbury Rose of Tralee will receive the Canterbury Rose cup and sash, flowers and paid travel to Auckland with entry for the 2023 NZ Rose Selection early May.
The 2023 NZ Rose will win a return trip to Ireland to compete in the International contest in Tralee in August 2023
All proceeds of this event will go towards helping our Rose get to the next stage of the national finals.

Cost: $25 Adult, $15 for under 18yrs.
