Canterbury Tech April 2023 Monthly Event
Event description
Canterbury Tech April Monthly Event
Join us, our quick pitch with Tim Dorrian of Aro Digital and guest speaker Mike Roberts, Director of Millpond.
He will be presenting, 'Effective Leadership in Project Management'
At the end of the day, businesses are driven by people. Tools, processes, templates are valuable, but if you can’t recruit, engage, entertain, and motivate the people in and around your organisation then you won’t be going anywhere fast.
In this session, Mike will take us through what it means to be an effective, authentic leader.
Gauge your personality and that of your key stakeholders, create relationships that form a foundation to navigate both uncertainty and trying times, and inspire others to deliver results. Come along to hear what Mike has to share (insights and real-world examples) and walk away with some simple advice to take your approach to people leadership to the next level.
