The workshop covers the fundamentals of GenAI, intermediate topics like vector embeddings and Semantic Search, and advanced applications using LLMs like Retrieval Augmented Generation. 

Our goal is to enable your team to tackle your company's own GenAI projects, so they can deliver them faster and better. Developers will walk away with a strong understanding of the space and hands-on experience.

What to bring : Developers should bring their laptops and a Google account that can utilise Google Colab.

Yes! Morning Tea or Afternoon Tea are included.

Will there be Wifi?
Wifi will be available at the venue

Registration

I have registered - do I require a ticket/pass?
We will email all attendees the week before the event with the location and details for the workshop. You can check in using the QR code that you will be sent - or by your name on the door.

Can I register at the door?
Registrations are not available at the door.

Are students able to attend these workshops?
Unfortunately, these tickets are for full priced Summit ticket holders only.

Can I change the name on my ticket?
Absolutely. You can click on the ticket URL and change the name to another Canterbury Tech Summit attendee right up to 72 hours before the event. After that, name change is not possible. Contact us if you have any problems.

I can’t attend the workshop anymore. What should I do?
Please select to 'refund' your workshop registration as this will make is available to other interested attendees and the waitlist.
