The workshop has also been designed to support those involved in planning, implementing and leading of change to do these things in an informed and considered way. Your decisions can make or break your organisation’s efforts to change. The workshop will specifically help attendees to:

• Understand why a frighteningly-high proportion of change initiatives fail
• Recognise which commonly-used approaches tend to multiply the costs of change projects
• Learn to avoid interventions that are ineffective or even counterproductive
• Identify the actions that will create the right environment for ideas and change to flourish

The Tipping Point workshop is unique in that it draws on a computer-based simulation to help teams of people talk about what works in implementing organsational change and why.  Teams of 3 will compete

Is there food and drinks at the conference?

Yes! Morning Tea is included.

Will there be Wifi?
Wifi will be available at the venue

Registration

I have registered - do I require a ticket/pass?
We will email all attendees the week before the event with the location and details for the workshop. You can check in using the QR code that you will be sent - or by your name on the door.

Can I register at the door?
Registrations are not available at the door.

Are students able to attend these workshops?
Unfortunately, these tickets are for full priced Summit ticket holders only.

Can I change the name on my ticket?
Absolutely. You can click on the ticket URL and change the name to another Canterbury Tech Summit attendee right up to 72 hours before the event. After that, name change is not possible. Contact us if you have any problems.

I can’t attend the workshop anymore. What should I do?
Please select to 'refund' your workshop registration as this will make is available to other interested attendees and the waitlist.
